RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Commitment to Quality At American Mortar Company, we take pride in our professional-grade HDPE gear. Because our products are used for pyrotechnic safety, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure every customer receives brand-new, untampered equipment.

30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • Unused Requirement: All products must be in original, unused condition.
  • Safety First: For safety reasons, returned racks must not have had mortars mounted or shells fired from them.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Shipping Damage: If your gear arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@americanmortarco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Incorrect Items: If we ship the wrong product, please notify us within 5 days. we will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item immediately.

Return Process

  1. Contact us: Email contact@americanmortarco.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
