Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship via UPS Ground service. Typical delivery time is 2-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Note for Large Orders: Orders of 100-count hardware or larger may ship in multiple boxes. You will receive a tracking number for each package in your order confirmation.
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Indiana.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes (UPS requires a physical street address)
- APO/FPO military addresses
- US Territories or international locations
Important: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information. You can track your package directly through UPS or your order confirmation page.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with UPS to file a claim and will either reship your order or provide a refund once the claim is resolved.
- Damaged Packages: If your gear arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at contact@americanmortarco.com within 48 hours. We will replace any professional-grade HDPE gear damaged during transit at no cost to you.
Delivery Issues If a package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours at contact@americanmortarco.com
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions Due to federal, state, and local regulations regarding fireworks and firework accessories, certain addresses or states may have shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally shipped to your location.
